Chef Ryan Glass graduated from New England Culinary Institute. After graduating, he traveled the country cooking under some of the most talented chefs in America. We take pride in using only fresh seafood and local fruits and vegetables. From every sauce and dressing being made from scratch, to cleaning whole fish and steaks in house, we carefully plan every small detail to assure the best dining experience possible for our guest.

Grilled Filet of Beef
Grilled filet cooked to your liking, served with mashed potatoes, wilted spinach, topped with truffle oil, parmesan, poached egg, and a tasty bordelaise
